Who we are
HSKRG LLC operates hskrg.com and Platform Staff for the brands Pavilion, Business Rocket, and AuraFlux. Each brand site has its own privacy page. This page covers hskrg.com and the HSKRG Staff tools that connect company social accounts.
Information we collect
If you sign in to Staff, we store the account email, name, and role needed to run the platform. If you connect a company Page or channel, the platform stores the access token that network returns and the Page or channel id you choose. That includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and TikTok when those connections are turned on. We also keep ordinary server logs such as browser type, IP address, and the pages requested.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, to publish or schedule posts you approve, and to keep the platform working. We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected social accounts to advertise to people who did not ask for a connection.
Who we share it with
Posting goes through the network you connected, such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, or TikTok, under that network’s own terms. Hosting and database providers process the data needed to run the site. We share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Staff account records stay while the account is in use. A social connection stays until someone disconnects it in Staff or the network revokes the token. Disconnecting deletes the stored token for that channel.
Your choices
You can disconnect a social account in Staff. You can ask us to correct or delete Staff account information that we still hold. Email robert@hskrg.com.
